Does my item need to be boxed?

We operate a parcel delivery service. Every item must be boxed (or jiffy bag / envelope depending on size) to travel in our system. Please ensure your items has enough internal cushioning to protect all contents. For further information please visit our packaging guidelines section in the help and information section of our site.
