Is an Interparcel business account free?

Yes, creating an Interparcel web account is free. You pay for the delivery services you book. Create your account to get started.

Do I need an online store to use Interparcel?

No. You can get a delivery quote and book parcels without connecting a store. For multiple orders, you can also import shipment data using a CSV file.

Can I connect more than one selling channel?

You can connect supported selling channels to your Interparcel account and use Shipping Manager to organise imported orders. Check your platform's integration page for its features and connection requirements.

Can I send business parcels internationally?

Yes. Interparcel offers domestic and international courier services. Available options depend on the origin, destination and parcel details. International shipments may require customs information and documentation.

Who can get dedicated VIP support?

Dedicated VIP support is available for eligible larger customers. Contact our team with your shipping volumes and requirements to discuss whether it is suitable for your business.
